Throughout the shoots, I wanted to explore the use of light, motion and still life and also the way the camera lens captures the photo shoots, as I feel I want to explore the motion more deeply.

I tried to capture still shots at the beginning of the creative process of the shoot, but I captured a wide variety of motion pictures of cars, buses and lorries by the end of the shoot. As it is extended, the moving lines of the vehicles are very interesting.

I wanted to explore the angles of the stairs for this shoot, because once I have captured the model up the stairs and the way the model looks at me, I can start looking at how the outcome will look. What I found was a bit of a challenge was the lighting, as the lights were much brighter when I was lit lower towards the ground, so I had to continue to change myself so that the model was not as bright compared to the outside

There weren’t really any tools or items to use for this motion mini shoot exercise, so I could only find a bottle lid and a takeaway tray for the water I’m going to drop the lid in. What I really like about these pictures is that the metal fencing makes the picture stand out even more in the background and with the colour of the bricks as the colour.

Throughout this shoot, I wanted to explore the use of aperture as I wanted to see how each foreground and background would look particularly because I wanted to concentrate on the objects, the background being blurred is more effective for me. The keys are my favourite pictures I have taken as my intention was to concentrate on the things so that my most popular pictures of the shoot are for me.

My intention for these edits was to start using colour layers and philtres to create a more blending effect, so that’s why I selected the Red and Blue colours as they are really special and stand out for me. The way you can see the red, blue and purple in the third picture is also what I want. For this edit, I reduced the opacity as I didn’t want the picture to have a harsh layer impact.
